UPS & FedEx discount rates for NJ businesses.
The NJ shipping broker built for port + warehousing density.
New Jersey is arguably the most shipping-dense state per capita in the country — the Port of Newark-Elizabeth is the busiest East Coast container port, and the I-78/I-95 warehousing corridor from Newark south through Burlington County houses 3PLs, food distributors, pharmaceutical logistics operations, and e-commerce fulfillment centers serving the entire Eastern Seaboard.
Our New Jersey regional rep coordinates pickup timing, claims support, and account management for in-state customers. Wholesale shipping New Jersey operators inherit the same wholesale UPS, FedEx, and DHL rates as our customers nationwide — 30–50% below retail, passed through with transparent per-label margins.
Notable New Jersey lanes and their savings.
New Jersey origin points sit inside the densest Northeast carrier network in the country. The short-zone lanes out of Newark and Edison compress faster than anywhere else; the cross-country lanes carry the largest per-label dollar savings.
Representative rates: 5 lb UPS Ground, residential destination, no accessorials. Air services save more — Newark → LA Next Day Air typically saves $17–22/label.

Frequently asked
Do you cover all NJ counties?
Yes. Priority Shippers serves shippers across every New Jersey county — Hudson, Essex, Bergen, Union, Middlesex, Mercer, Monmouth, Ocean, Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, and the rest. Carrier pickup and delivery routes through UPS and FedEx's existing New Jersey network, which is one of the densest in the country given the port and warehousing concentration.
Can you accommodate warehouse pickups in Newark, Paterson, or Trenton?
Yes. Newark, Paterson, and Trenton all have standing commercial carrier pickup service on multiple daily routes. Newark in particular — with its proximity to EWR and the Port of Newark-Elizabeth — has the most flexible pickup windows, often down to late afternoon. Our onboarding team maps your facility to the latest available cutoff for each service.
Do you integrate with 3PL shipping systems?
Yes. Most 3PLs run ShipStation, Logiwa, Extensiv, or a custom WMS with carrier credentials configurable per client. Priority Shippers provides account credentials you can assign to specific clients within your 3PL workflow — each client's shipments print at wholesale rates, invoiced weekly to you with per-shipment breakdown.
What's the difference between commercial and residential rates on these wholesale contracts?
UPS and FedEx both charge a residential surcharge on deliveries to residential addresses — around $5–7 per label at published retail, same at wholesale. The base rate still applies at wholesale tier; the residential accessorial passes through at the carrier's published amount. We don't mark up accessorials.
How does this work for NJ businesses shipping cross-country to California?
Wholesale UPS and FedEx rates apply to all US zones, but the per-label savings are largest on long-zone shipments (Zone 7–8, NJ to CA/OR/WA) because retail rates on those lanes are marked up highest. Typical Ground NJ-to-CA savings run $3–5 per label at our wholesale tier; Next Day Air savings on the same lane are closer to $15–20 per label.
